"Accord is our party for victory next year"— Governor Adeleke
Abdullahi Oladigbolu Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has announced the Accord Party as his new political platform ahead of the 2026 governorship election. The announcement was made in a message to the people of Osun State after he emerged as the Accord Party’s flagbearer on December 10, 2025. According to the governor, his decision to join the party was influenced by its philosophy. He said, “Since joining the party, I have been inspired by its philosophy.” Governor Adeleke reaffirmed his commitment to the welfare of the people of Osun State, highlighting several programmes and policies his administration has implemented to improve the people's well-being. “We have implemented programmes and policies to improve their lives, from infrastructure to social services,” he stated.
